LAKE BALATON – the “Hungarian Sea”
Lake Balaton is a renowned natural treasure and a frequently-visited recreational area. It is
the largest and warmest inland lake in Central Europe. Many restaurants offer excellent Hungarian and international dishes. The cosy cafés invite guests to linger.

ESZTERGOM – seat of the Head of the Hungarian Catholic Church
Here, you will find the largest Basilica in the country dominating Castle Hill, with the world’s largest altarpiece painted on canvas, and an impressive treasure chamber.

Day 1: Arrival
Day 2: City tour of Budapest, boat trip on the Danube and sightseeing bus tour of lights
Day 3: Excursion to the Danube Bend with a visit to the Basilica in Esztergom
